Each single detail of your machine including some external parameters like temperature & humidity etc are registered with us and machines are maintained at the highest level. We do not part services to channel partner so as to maintain highest standards of our services.

Maintaining inventory
We maintain a stock of all spare parts and consumables. Right from current stock in warehouses to the goods ordered for future needs, stocks department does all it takes so that right part is available at the right time.

Customer Support
A sticker with a hotline number is pasted on each machine serviced by us. Customer can call 24×7 on this number to talk to our customer care representative. When requested they will put your call to our servicing team members in your area. Customer can also write to us on our unique “online support” page on www.bloomingimpex.co.in for help topics. The online enquiries are normally replied on the same working day.

Application support

• We have well trained technicians and biochemist to provide full application support online and onsite.
• The customers can post their queries on our website also; these queries are diverted to the corresponding department and addressed within no time.
• We also have developed software in which a customer can online converse with our technical staff with prior information.
• We also provide NABL and NABH guidance to our valuable customers.

2. CMC (Comprehensive maintenance contract): Under this contract we additionally cover total hardware, malfunctioning, and provide services on the following machines .The machine under CMC will be given three services per annum and any hardware require to run the machine will be provided free of cost. We give official downtime of 24 hrs and maintain sufficient inventory for our prestigious customer’s needs.

Urine analyzers

AMC (Annual Maintenance contract): We provide AMC for URINE ANALYZERS. Customers under AMC are provided three services annually in which we give preventive maintenance to the machine, calibrate the machine and run two levels of controls any hardware replacement, if required, would be charged.

CMC – Urine analyzers under CMC would be provided all the hardware free of cost besides all the facilities given under AMC.
